Simply fill out the form to the left and we will contact you as soon as possible to address and schedule your maintenance request. You will need to be home during the scheduled appointment time frame. If for any reason you cannot be home for your repair, you will need to give us written permission for us to enter your unit. If it is an emergency that requires immediate attention, please call • 954-566-8998 ext 3. This number is for MAJOR maintenance emergencies only: Fire, major leak, or flood.

If this is a life threatening emergency call 911 immediately.

Important

Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you.

Missed Appointment Policy:

If you are not home when the technician arrives and cannot make it home within 10 minutes you will be billed a minimum of $50.00 for the technician’s time and you will need to reschedule your repair.
